Welcome to Pacco ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pacco service available at pacco.studio (the "Service").

Pacco is a professional gallery management platform that enables photographers and visual artists to:

Create and manage photo galleries
Share galleries with clients through custom subdomains
Collect and manage client selections and feedback
Process payments for photo downloads and services
Manage client relationships and project workflows

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
Business accounts must have proper authorization to act on behalf of the organization

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised

4.3 Subdomain Usage

You may choose a custom subdomain for your galleries (e.g., yourname.pacco.studio)
Subdomains must not infringe on trademarks or be offensive, misleading, or inappropriate
We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that violate these guidelines

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for legitimate business and personal purposes, including:

Creating professional photo galleries
Sharing work with clients and collaborators
Managing photography business workflows
Processing legitimate business transactions

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

Upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
Upload pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5.3 Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
You must have proper rights and permissions for all uploaded content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to photos and content you upload
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your content

The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
"Pacco" and related marks are our trademarks

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and storage limits
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

7.2 Trial Periods

New users may be eligible for a free trial period
Trial limitations and duration are specified during signup
We may terminate trials at our discretion

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor
You must provide valid payment information and authorize charges
Failed payments may result in service suspension

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

13. Termination

Fail to pay subscription fees

Become inactive for an extended period
